The program's final class exercise will be a ULI Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) in a small community in the state lacking the necessary resources to resolve their issues at hand. Multi-sector teams, bringing expertise in the real estate, planning and development fields, will come together to collaborate on a complex land use and redevelopment project in South Carolina. Each TAP team will develop a set of solutions that promote ULI's mission to provide leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide.
